(a) Preliminary Examination and Main Examination

(b) Candidates shall download their respective ‘e-call-letters cum admit card slip’ from the above mentioned websites from 2017-18 (both days inclusive).

(c) The language of question paper of the Preliminary Examination will be English.

(d) The Preliminary Examination (Screening Test) will be conducted on ‘Computer Based (Online) Examination System’, hence, evaluation is done by software after final submission of the examination by the candidate, hence the question of re-checking No it doesn’t arise.

(e) In case of large number of candidates appearing in the Preliminary Examination (Screening Test), the High Court will limit the number of candidates to be called for Viva-Voce Test to 3 times the number of vacancies as per merit.

(b) Viva-Voice Test will be of 50 marks.

(c) Personality, aptitude and orientation, computer application skills, people skills, communication skills, legal knowledge of the candidate will be given weightage in the Viva-Voce Test (Viva Voce).

(d) To be eligible to be included in the selection list, a candidate must obtain a minimum of 40% marks in the viva-voce test
