About Recruitment & Advt. No. 02/2018:
Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has recently announced the recruitment of 1651 Posts of Nursing Officer, Grade IV, Stenographer & Various Others. Many interested candidates filled the online application form for these posts. The online application form submission process starts from 13.07.2018 to 13.08.2018. About Exam:
All the qualified candidates will face the written test. The written test will be conducted soon and the date of written exam will be made available soon on the official website of DSSSB. More details about the exam are given below.

So, here we are providing the latest syllabus and exam pattern of the exam conducted by DSSSB.
Selection Process of DSSSB Grade IV Nursing Officer 2o22:
The selection will be done through One Tier Exam Scheme.
Exam Pattern: The Exam Pattern is as Provided Below:
- The Exam Will be Objective Type.
- The Exam Will be 200 Marks/ Questions.
- The Time Duration of Exam Will be 02 Hours.

- Negative marking will be applicable and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong MCQ answer.
- The questions in the examination will be bilingual (Hindi and English) except the language papers which will be in the respective language only.
Exam DSSSB Grade IV Nursing Officer Syllabus 2022 : The Exam Syllabus Will be as Follows:
Section – A :
(i) General Awareness: The questions will be designed to test the candidate’s ability to have a general awareness of his/her surroundings and its application to the society. The questions will be designed to test knowledge of current events and such a matter of everyday observation as may be expected of an educated person. The exam will also include questions related to History, Polity, Constitution, Sports, Art & Culture, Geography, Economics, Daily Science, Scientific Research, National/ International Organizations/ Institutes etc.
(ii) General Intelligence and Reasoning Ability: The syllabus for General Intelligence and Reasoning Ability includes questions of both verbal and non-verbal types. The test may include questions on similarities, similarities, differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationships, concepts, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetic number series etc. .
(iii) Arithmetic and Numerical Ability: The test of Arithmetic and Numerical Ability will consist of Number System including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Data Interpretation, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit and Loss, Discount, Simple . and Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Tables and Graphs etc.
(iv) Hindi Language & Comprehension and English Language & Comprehension: Questions on its vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms and its correct usage etc., apart from testing the candidate’s comprehension and comprehension of English and Hind/ languages. will also be covered.
SECTION B (Applicable for one level technical examination only) :
Post specific subject related questions: Objective type Multiple Choice Questions on the subject concerned as per the eligibility prescribed in the Recruitment Rules for the post.
