Eligibility for UP NHM CHO
- For these vacancies, the candidate must have the qualification of B.sc Nursing / Post B.sc Basic (Nursing) / GNM / BAMS.
- Candidate must be registered as Nurse and Midwifery from UP Nurse and Midwife Council.
- For recruitment to these posts, the minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and the maximum age should be 35 years and all the benefits will be available under the reservation provision of the Government of India.

NHM UP CHO Selection Process (NHM UP Selection Process – Community Health Officer)
- All the candidates who applied for the post of Community Health Officer (CHO) have to appear for the written test.
- It is organized by the officials of National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh.
- Accordingly, in order to qualify in the exam, all the candidates must perform well in the exam.
- Final selection will be based on written test. So, the candidates must score the highest marks in the examination.

UP NHM CHO Question Paper Pattern – 2022
- The Computer Based Examination will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours (in one sitting) consisting of two sections for a total of 100 marks.
- Section-I (80 Marks) will consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) on Professional Knowledge (discipline related) and Section-II (20 Marks) on General Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Each question will be of 1 mark and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
- No marks will be awarded for unanswered questions.
- The medium of question paper of the examination will be both Hindi and English.
