Shorthand ही वह skill है जो आपको दूसरे candidates से अलग बनाती है। यह एक ऐसी writing technique है जिसमें normal speed से 4–5 गुना तेजी से लिख सकते हैं।
⭐ 1. Speed Building Formula
Speed बढ़ाने के लिए यह 3-step method अपनाएँ:
Step 1 – 50 WPM Practice (10 days)
Simple sentences लिखें।
Step 2 – 60–70 WPM (Next 10 days)
Long sentences + court-related words पर focus करें।
Step 3 – 80–90 WPM (Final Level)
Dictation → Transcription

🎤 SECTION 3 – Shorthand Dictation Passages (Exam-Level)

⭐ Dictation Passage – Level 1 (60 WPM)
The High Court of Patna has announced new vacancies for the post of Stenographer. Candidates must prepare for both the written examination and the skill test. A stenographer should have good typing speed and accuracy. They must also be able to write shorthand at a speed of eighty words per minute.
⭐ Dictation Passage – Level 2 (80 WPM – Exam Style)
The Hon’ble High Court of Patna directs all applicants to follow the rules and regulations mentioned in the recruitment notification. A stenographer has to assist the judicial officers in preparing case files, recording statements, and typing orders. Therefore, the candidate should possess a strong command over English grammar, typing skills, and shorthand transcription. Accuracy plays an important role, and even a small mistake can change the meaning of the entire statement. Applicants are advised to practice regularly to improve speed and maintain excellence.
