  • Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at degree level
    AND
  • Recognized Diploma/Certificate in Translation from Hindi to English and vice versa

  • 2 years’ experience in translation work in Central/State Government.

🔹 For Senior Hindi Translator (SHT):

  • Same as above AND
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in translation work.

🎂 3. SSC JHT Age Limit (As on 01.08.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years

Example: Candidates should be born between 02-08-1995 and 01-08-2007 (both dates inclusive)
